I knew ever since I was 7 that I was going to pursue the culinary arts, whether it was a career or lifelong hobby. However, I didn’t think I’d start a small business at 15. To me, baking is more than just  putting together some ingredients and throwing it in the oven to later devour it. Baking is an art form, a true passion; it’s how I express my love, my joy, my happiness and, my creativity. Sharing my edible masterpieces is what I love most about baking so it only made sense to start Pastry Royalty with my friend Christopher. Although I run the business by myself now, I still only have one goal- to bring joy and happiness to those who consume my goods.
